Today the Dorgali Winery faces a new challenge: the realization of a new project that redevelops the productions through the enhancement of the culture, history and traditions of the territory. The absolute protagonist is Cannonau, the main grape of the regional viticulture that in this area, due to its pedo-climatic peculiarities, is able to express varietal characters so far little known and not yet fully exploited.
